A beguiled representation of the facade of the Hundertwasser House Museum.
Having tried without success to study art at the Academy of Art in Vienna, Austria - the city has remained special and full of memories - especially this museum which I've visited often during my one year stay. In the corner, there is a representation of myself drawing closely guarded by my spirit.
Apart from his architecture, having studied Hundertwasser's art and philosophy, I've come to admire and follow his beliefs, although through a more modern perspective. However, he is still today one of the artists I admire and look up to.
The original drawing with the addition of characters representing members of my family has been gifted to my mother, as the place has a significance for both of us. I find it exciting and proud that the existence of a further customised version of this artwork exists in my family away from public eyes.
